What documents do I need to start a notarial procedure?

It depends on the act. Generally you'll need a valid official ID, your CURP, a tax status certificate and the documents for the property or matter, such as the previous deed or the property tax receipt. In the services section you'll find a guide list for each procedure.

How much does a notarial procedure cost?

The cost depends on the type of act, the value of the transaction and the taxes and fees paid to other authorities, such as the property acquisition tax or registration fees. That's why each case is quoted after reviewing its documents.

How long does a deed take?

It depends on the file being complete and on the certificates and notices that must be requested from other agencies. When we review your case, we'll give you an estimated timeline.
